Dare to Impact Differently

Deliver on the biggest opportunities to fuel transformational change by partnering with our local teams of professionals. Together, we can create transformative change that drives housing, workforce, reentry solutions. A different way of working in and growing the nonprofit and social enterprise sectors starts now.”

Our organization was founded to support the idea that since the “Real work” of social impact is done by and for humans, we should focus on their sustainable housing and employment needs — both delivered by our employees for all community stakeholders. Our hybrid nonprofit-social enterprise model is disrupting the nonprofit services industry at a time when traditional philanthropy is simply not working as efficiently or effectively as it could. Our business model, bolstered by agile project and program methodology, maximizes time, cost and scale when implementing donor-led solutions that uplift our program participants. And today, we continue this performance-driven approach by delivering the results and expertise that empowers everyone to dare to impact differently”
