Social Infrastructure Reentry
Programs + Projects and Facilities

Reentry Services that Change Lives, Restores Dignity and Helps People Transition Back into Society Faster, Better and With Less Risk of Recidivism.

Through extensive alternative housing experience, social enterprise partnerships, innovative workforce training initiatives, and a track record of producing sustained reentry success, Social Infrastructure is helping people reentering society progress as they return to their families, jobs and communities. Our four comprehensive diversion and reentry programs are offered in communities throughout California, Florida, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Many of these services are implemented through supportive housing facilities, America’s Job Centers (AJCs), residential reentry centers (RRCs), and nonprofit drop-in centers.

Residential Services

Our services are geared towards individuals housed in temporary emergency or interim housing facilities that need assistance to transition into permanent housing. Our teams specifically support Homeless Shelters, Group Homes, Veterans Village Campuses, Women’s Domestic Violence Shelters, and other nonprofit housing agencies operating under the Housing First model

Reentry Supportive
Services (R-ICMS)

Social Infrastructure is one of only a handful of nonprofits to offer Intensive Case Management Services tailored for Reentry populations, that is not affiliated with or funded by any correctional or rehabilitation industry entity. Our Reentry to Employment™ (R2E) Program offers a framework to address the immediate basic health & hygiene needs, employment, transitional housing, family support networks, and technology needs of people reentering society with just the clothes on their backs.

Basecamp & Community Services

Through this in-house initiative, our teams offer tactical street outreach services to deliver vouchers and supplies for healthcare, hygiene & grooming, office equipment, food pantry, transportation, and workplace clothing. Other workforce community services include career navigation, employment readiness, and professional wardrobing for all program participants

Pre-Release Custody to
Community Transition (PCCT)

Social Infrastructure partners with Prison Ministries, County Probation Offices, Transitional Housing Program operators, and Foundations to support incarcerated men and women prior to release. A great example is the BTG – Beyond The Gates Program, which was developed by and is currently operated by Fresh Start Ministries of Tampa Inc. They are a 40-year ministry offering reentry supportive services to incarcerated single mothers, many of whom are usually within one year of their release date.
