Be a Well-Governed Pillar
of Social Responsibility &
Community Citizenship

At Social Infrastructure, we believe that we have an ethical responsibility to make our world a better place as a purpose-driven enterprise. Engrained in our company culture is a commitment to being socially accountable to ourselves, our donors, our partners, our constituents, and our communities we impact.

Actions speak louder than words. We use several frameworks to hold ourselves accountable, our stakeholders fully engaged, and measure progress toward our commitments to people, partners, industries and communities.

Our organization’s leadership and governance are comprised of:

• Board of Directors

• Office of the CEO – Executive Leadership

• Impact Advisory Council (IAC)

At Social Infrastructure, many of the most meaningful programs and projects we develop aren’t measured in donations and fundraising. We don’t just strive to be the best nonprofit on the planet. Our social responsibility goals revolve around delivering highest impact philanthropy, housing units, and workforce training – solutions that break down formerly intractable barriers.  That means investing in time, money, resources and expertise in each other, our communities, and the causes that uplift us all. Respect for the individual, meeting people where they are at, and producing sustainable results — these have been our core beliefs since day one. And as a nonprofit and social enterprise, Social Infrastructure has a unique ability to leverage its skills, relationships and knowledge in ways that create new opportunities to impact everywhere we operate.

And we enthusiastically continue to implement a Spirit of Excellence throughout each and every level of our organization.

Our charitable mission is to end barriers to sustainable Affordable Housing, Skilled Workforce Training, and Reentry in the U.S.

How will we accomplish this? By delivering Experience That Matters, to solve problems and support causes that matter most.

Examples include active campaigns, such as our national CareGear™ initiatives, our current Social Enterprise projects, and our proprietary Workforce Training programs that focus on skills-transfer and licensing.

Social Infrastructure is thankful for our dynamic team members and nonprofit management partners, each of whom brings to our organization a unique set of tactical skills and unmatched passion to change lives for the better. Every day. Our work is also made possible and multiplied by the generosity of our accomplished Board of Directors and Impact Advisory Council, whose dedication to our work is evidenced by their sustained personal and financial commitment. These philanthropists help underwrite a substantial portion of our capital projects, administrative, and recurring overhead costs, so that over 90% of your donation goes directly to social program and project service recipients.
