And since we couldn’t find an organization or agency that could bring it all together, we combined our multi-decade expertise, industry best practices, and respective resources to create one. Specifically, we formed an organization that houses people in permanent homes. Not hotels and “interim housing”. We created and launched Workforce Development programs that train people in high-demand jobs, in career fields that are growing, and are “future-proof”. And through our Basecamp and Reentry projects, we help eliminate recidivism by targeting barriers that keep people reintegrating into society in the same unprepared conditions in which they left it.
