The rest goes toward running a highly efficient and effective organization that allows us to deliver this performance daily. Our Integrated Services Delivery platform and enterprise encompasses a national footprint, an enterprise resource planning system, advanced cloud-based communications, an inhouse Project Management Office (PMO), and other operations support services that help us execute our impact better, faster, and with a higher multiplier effect than many other nonprofits.

Our Commitment to Transparency

Social Infrastructure is registered and operates in local, state and federal compliance in all communities it serves. In addition, registered donors receive a Dimes Report™ which spells out clearly where their donation went, when it was allocated, who received it, the impact of their donation, and a receipt for their donation. Most importantly, all donors have real-time access to their dedicated account manager, their giving records, and other performance metrics of their donations.

Subsidizes Health/Hygiene/Grooming CareGear™ Cases, Bags, Boxes and related emergency supplies for individuals transitioning from homelessness and displacement to Permanent Supportive Housing..

Funds Community Tactical Outreach (CTO) to Emergency Shelter, Interim Housing, Transitional Living, Residential Reentry, Elderly Care, and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) sites to deliver needs-based, life-sustaining supplies required by the requesting facility.

Helps five individuals access One-Stop Employment and Vocation Training resources, including resume writing, practice interviews, online training classes, and targeted job search assistance.

Delivers up to 10 Supportive Services Vouchers for emergency food, transportation, health, clothing and other basic needs to vulnerable populations.

$2,500

Provides specified Workforce Training and job placement services across 13 different industries;  donations cover the total cost of training, licensing, or certification with related-supportive services for two or more individuals.

Funds a Project-Based Housing Voucher that Covers move-in costs for gets a family into a permanent home; These programs are designed to get or keep people in permanent housing and eliminate housing insecurity at its root causes.

Per Program or Project Funds Housing and Employment Social Enterprise program vouchers for up to 25 individuals per program or project. Program participants are eligible for on-the-job training, reentry to employment grants, and small business startup funding.

In addition to named Programs and Projects, these major donations fund Supportive Housing Programs and related tenant activities that create NEW housing units through rehab, remodeling, landlord leasing guarantees, or repurposing designated properties.

$100,000 to $1M

These Social Impact Investments fund nonprofit initiatives under the Capital Projects sector. The vast majority of these donations help offset the hard acquisition and development costs of designated Permanent Supportive Housing Developments.
