If you are an Individual Donor, Affordable Housing Developer, Nonprofit Organization , Private Foundation, Social Enterprise or Public Social Services Agency , you will benefit from having us on your side.

Social Infrastructure is driven by three core social enterprise goals:
(1) To significantly increase America’s supply of quality Affordable Housing in underserved and under-resourced communities

(2) Design and Implement skills-based Workforce Development training that serves real-time employer needs, utilizes technology, and results in sustainable employment for vulnerable populations

(3) Deliver Reentry Intensive Case Management Services (R-ICMS), transitional housing, and related Supportive Services to individuals reentering society

To achieve these targeted goals, we operate across four divisions – Social Infrastructure Charitable, Professional Workforce Development, Office of Diversion & Reentry (ODR), and   Affordable Housing Development – that fuel and leverage a network of purpose-driven professionals to execute our mission-critical work.

No matter your background, planned giving vehicle, level of experience, or charitable giving goals, our team works closely with you to understand your donor needs, specific program or project requirements, and to create a tailored donor funding strategy that:

  1. Maximizes your personal and/or business tax benefits and Social Impact
  2. Is based on your personal values and causes that you care about the most
  3. Achieves your philanthropic goals in the most transparent and accountable manner

In the face of increasingly complex and pressing social problems, our professionals are always looking at better ways to create transformational, ground-level change for the benefit of our donors and aid recipients.

Finally, a nonprofit organization that pushes the needle, threads it, and teaches aid recipients how to do the same.

  • Simply put, a core ideology of Social Infrastructure is to accelerate
Verifiable and Accountable Social Impact in all of our programs and projects
  • It takes a new kind of philanthropy mindset and competency to remain unstoppable in this quest. And Social Infrastructure has both.

Our Social Impact Community

Social Infrastructure has demonstrable expertise and nonprofit competency in the social impact sectors we target. Our programs and projects are designed to help people transition into affordable housing where they can live independently. All of our Workforce Development programs involve obtaining real world job skills and credentials which lead to sustainable employment. And our Reentry programs have been put into action onsite at supportive housing communities, correctional facilities, and residential reentry center environments nationwide.

Our story began with many of our professionals working in homeless shelters, supportive housing sites, public housing and health agencies, residential reentry facilities and some of the largest nonprofits in America. Not surprisingly, we know a thing or two about what actually works in the Charitable Giving marketplace and what doesn’t. We’re honored to assist individuals and families in their philanthropic goals, and to share tailored donor opportunities that sustainably impact Housing, Employment and Reentry for those most in need.

Nonprofits & Social Enterprises

Our professionals work with other nonprofits and social enterprises to identify and address challenges quickly, directly and at the proper scale. Together, we go “beyond donations and fundraisers” to reduce housing instability, unemployment and barriers to successful reentry. Our charitable partners contribute more than money. Our collective ideas, volunteer power, in-kind support and coordinated action are helping build stronger solutions, better resourced communities, and more resilient people.

Social Infrastructure designs, manages and evaluates programs locally and nationally with a focus on sustainable impact across three six social sectors. As vetted beneficiaries of our donor funding and program aid, we work with you to maintain housing, obtain employment training, and utilize reentry resources where and when applicable. Our social impact programs and projects are grounded in successfully integrating transparency, accountability, and verification of all participant obligations.
